When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Online orders placed with standard shipping may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping from our warehouse. Online orders placed with expedited shipping typically ship within 2 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping address.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Does AXESEA offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 (before tax) to delivery addresses within the continental U.S. Shipping costs will be calculated for orders under $60 or outside the continental U.S.
Will I be charged for an item on my order that did not ship?
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock and we are unable to include it with your order, we will immediately send you and email to notify you. We do not offer a backorder program at this time. If you an item was not included in your shipment, please place a new order if that item becomes available again.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
Start by checking with surrounding houses or buildings to be sure that you item was not delivered to a neighbor. If you are unable to locate it, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, axesea.com currently not only ships to the continental U.S, but also to other 36 countries which is Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam. If you enter an order to be shipped to a freight forwarder, unfortunately we do not guarantee delivery time.

Can I use two promo codes or offers at once?
Only one offer may be redeemed at a time. No two promo codes or offers may be combined at any time.
If I ordered the wrong product, can I adjust my order?
Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please email email@example.com.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Can I exchange or return an item?
You may return an unused product with tags intact within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your return. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Proof of purchase is required. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product you ordered, you will need to return the undesired product and place a new order for your replacement.
Can I return an item that I purchased at a third party retailer?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from third party retailers. We only accept returns of unused products purchased directly from www.axesea.com. Proof of purchase required.
Can I return sale items？
All sale items are final and not eligible for return.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Describe the issue clearly and provide photos (as applicable) and proof of purchase to help to speed the process.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at email@example.com to initiate your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns and refund process. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your return. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
